Do you have a migrated Mojang account, or are you playing on one of the Bedrock versions of the game? If so, you might need to make sure your Microsoft account settings are set to allow multi-player access and add friends. More info can be found here: bit.ly/3JMKLpx. ^FF

Looks like your game may be running a different version than the server. Please make sure your game is updated to the most current version and try connecting again to see if that works. ^AC
