Are you able to provide what error message you're receiving when using that texture pack? Once we have that we'd be happy to look into this further. ^AC
Unfortunately there's no way to transfer ownership of that realm to another player. If the realm itself isn't available because the realm owner isn't able to open it for players then I'm afraid that there's no real way to access that realm sadly. ^AC

Unfortunatley, gifting an account is against the ToS so this is not something you're able to do. However, you can purchase the game for them if you're trying to doa friendly gesture. ^TK
That sounds like corruption, unfortunately, and there is nothing we're able to do to fix that. If you have this on a Realm, however, you can upload a backup of the World to see if it resolves the issue. ^TK

I haven't seen any other players talking about this. Are you having any other issues with your Bedrock edition and are you using any third party mods by chance? ^TK
