Updates can take a bit of time to push through, however, they should resolve themselves after about 24 hours. If the issue persists from there reach back out to me and I'll do my best to assist you. ^TK
With updates pushing out they can take a bit of time to initialize within the Realm! Give it 24/48 hours and this should be resolved. Not ideal, but if it continues from there let me know and I'll try to assist you further. ^TK
Did you happen to have cleared the cache/cookies on any of your browsers to see if that assists in the matter? Also, trying another computer by any chance?! Let me know and I'll see what other steps I can DIG up. Ba dum tsss. ^TK
Unfortunately, I can't give you any updates on partners but I can try to assist with your markertplace issues. Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you have trie to fix the marketplace issues you're running into? ^TK

Are you connected to WiFi on your Xbox? May be good to at least try to connect it to a hardwire connection to see if the update pushes through faster. If it doesn't there may be a delay in delivering the package from the server. ^TK
Sometimes the update can take a bit to push through to the Realm! I know it's a pain, but if you're still experiencing the issue after 48 hours let me know and I'll escalate you upwaard for assistance. ^TK

Can you do me a favor with the launcher from the store? Uninstall it, check your firewall/antivirus, and then reinstall it to see if the same thing occurs. If it does then I'll send you up to the tech team to take a closer look. ^TK
