Usually when you run into this issue, it's because you're signing into the wrong Microsoft account and the account you tried to log into isn't linked to a PSN account. Please try any Microsoft account that you may have used in the past and see if that helps! ^BT

Normally a demo issue happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Just to check, are you using the Microsoft log-in when trying to access your game? Also, please make sure you're logging in with the correct Gamertag! ^BT

Unfortunately, Minecraft Support is unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds; all Minecraft worlds are stored locally and are not attached in any way to your account. We suggest reading bit.ly/3c9PK76 or using the Minecraft Realms feature to store your worlds online. ^FF
