Sorry we didn't pick up that keyword PE! The only thing I can think of for this is uninstall/reinstall and do it over wifi. Could be a corrupt file as I'm not seeing many other players having issues at this time. ^TK

Demo issues typically happen when you're logging into a Microsoft account where the game license isn't linked. Please make sure you're logging in using the Microsoft log-in screen and that you're using the correct account and you should access your game! ^BT

If they are third party mods I would try to disable them and give it a go without them! If the client doesn't crash then you may want to consider not using the mods in the mean time. ^Tk

If you're on pocket edition that may be a corrupt file causing the issues! If you aren't afraid of losing your single player worlds uninstall/reinstall over WiFi to see if that resolves the issue. ^TK
