I need a bit more clarification. Are you trying to play the Windows ten edition or the Minecraft: Java Edition and if it's the Java Edition did you migrate it to a Microsoft Account? ^TK

I would at least try to switch to a hardwire connection and see if it does the same thing. If it doesn't we can rule out it being console side and point it towards interference. ^TK
What troubleshooting steps have you tried at this time and are you playing on a WiFi/Harweire connection? ^TK

Sorry about the late response! We're unfortunately not 4/7 at this time :( To answer your question though I'm not seeing any Dungeons issues. Are you playing on WiFi or hardwire? ^TK

You don't get a Migration Cape for purchasing an account as it is being created under a Microsoft Account. If you have any other questions let me know and I'll do my best to assist you! ^TK

Try restarting the client to see if that works. If that doesn't work I would suggest an unintsall/reinstall to see if it's a corrupt file. ^TK
