Have you ensured all your multiplayer settings are correct? If you happen to have a console version of the game have you ensured you have the correct subscription to enable multiplayer? Once we have more information we'd be happy to look into this further. ^AC

I can understand your frustration, but let's take a crack at it! Does this issue only happen when you're using Google Chrome? If you haven't already, try another browser and/or device to see if that helps you get into the website. ^BT

If it's working on a different laptop fine then something phishy is going on with the one we're having issues with. Try a clean reinstall of the client and maybe run as admin. If that doesn't work then we may be out of options for that laptop. ^TK

Minecraft Java is available for MAC, however, the bedrock versionof the game is not. What error are you getting when trying to purchase Minecraft: Java Edition and did you try another browser? ^TK
