Have you tried uninstalling the client to see if it's a corrupt file? If it's every World that means there is corruption taking place to cause this issue. I can't imagine it being a connection issue since it's a single player world but we can't rule anything out. ^TK

You may need to try closing and reopening your realm once everyone is out of the realm/offline. If you're still seeing this error after reopening the realm and reinviting your friends to your realm, then please let us know. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF
