Amazon apps are only available on Amazon devices. If you're unable to access it on your mobile device I'm afraid you would need to refund it through the platform you purchased it on and re-purchase the game on Google Play to access it with your Android. ^AC

Generally if you're receiving that error it means you're logging into an account without the full game on it. Please doublecheck that you are using the correct Microsoft account to log in. You can view help tips here as well help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^AC
That sounds so frustrating ;_; Unfortunately restoring inventory and experience points isn't something we can assist with. We recommend saving backups often of worlds to hopefully keep these issues from happening in the future. ^AC
