That sounds incredibly frustrating T_T If your realm is misbehaving sometimes switching the slot the world is on can help clear up some of that glitching. Please make sure to backup the world before trying to switch the slot so as not to lose further progress. ^AC

Something is blocking the connection to our servers! Check your firewall/antivirus after you uninstall to make sure that Minecraft has permissions. I would also switch over to a hardwire connection if you haven't already. ^TK

If you got pocket edition through Amazon you wouldn't be able to link it to your google play as you would have to purchase it through the google play store. You're still able to access the pocket edition through amazon, correct? ^TK

A lot of players actually hold on to their Transaction ID. It's also good to note that though we do ask for a transaction ID it's not the only way we're able to verify you as the owner. Having the transaction ID just makes the account recovery process go smoother. ^TK

I'm not seeing any large scale server issues taking place. Was anything built in the Realm recently that may have caused any issues within the Realm and does the owner of the Realm have a backup they can upload to a time before the issues occurred? ^TK
