Are you making sure you're signed into your Microsoft Account? That would be where all of your purchases are stores and the game itself on the Playstation as well. ^TK

It's best to play Realms on a stable connection or you're going to have a bad experience. Playing on phone data can cause a lot of lage and may even regress your Realms progress. ^TK
