We have no updates on if you'll be able to transfer console edition Worlds to Java! LIke the other specialist said though, the two versions are written completely different so as of right now it's no possible. ^TK

Did you check the settings after the update? I would also suggest uninstalling/reinstalling to see if it's a corrupt file causing this issue. ^TK

Are you making sure you're signed into your Microsoft Account? That would be where all of your purchases are stores and the game itself on the Playstation as well. ^TK

Due to your game shutting down like that, it sounds like the World may be corrupter :( This may make it so that you're not able to play ^TK

We do not do account recoveries through DM. In this case, you will need to submit a ticket from an email that you have access to. From there they can look into assisting you with your account recovery. ^TK

It's best to play Realms on a stable connection or you're going to have a bad experience. Playing on phone data can cause a lot of lage and may even regress your Realms progress. ^TK
