Sorry about the confusion! The only thing I can think of here is World corruption to be causing the lag. Have you built anything big as of recent that may be causing issues or remember a time when the lag wasn't prevelent? ^TK
You can still contact us even if you don't have you Transaction ID anymore, but be prepared to answer some additional questions by one of our Support agents regarding your account in order to verify your account ownership. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking account will cause your purchases will be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF
