Try deleting your cache and use a different browser and/or device (if available), and ensure you have a good internet connection. You might also need to disable any dark reader/night mode addons or extensions that you have enabled on your browser. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AC
