Name changes are only available every 30 days. If you changed it recently I'm afraid you would have to wait the 30 days from the time of the change to change it again. ^AC

There's a known issue where world uploads receive that error. Please try uploading that world again as it should go through! You can view the bug report here bugs.mojang.com/browse/REALM… ^AC
Looks like the version is corrupted. Have you tried a complete uninstall and clean reinstall of the game? Please try that and let us know if that fixes it! ^AC
Parental permissions are needed on minor accounts. You would need to allow mulitplayer and other permissions on the account for your daughter to play Multiplayer. ^AC

This sounds like a private server if you have 4000 active members on the Realm. I can offer you basic troubleshooting but outside of that there isn't much assistance I can provide. What steps have you already tried? ^TK
