What likely happened is that it's a failed payment and the purchase is showing up as pending. That means the payment didn't go through unfortunately but the money should be released. ^TK

That sounds very frustrating! Did you happen to receive a ticket number for that request? It should be a 7 digit ticket number if you provide that we'd be happy to see what happened with that ticket. ^AC
