Do you happen to have a ticket number handy? I can see what's going on with the ticket and what support you got it. ^TK
What likely happened is that it's a failed payment and the purchase is showing up as pending. That means the payment didn't go through unfortunately but the money should be released. ^TK

Connection issues can be pretty random and it never hurts to try some basic troubleshooting when it rolls around! Check your firewall/antivirus, reset your router, and log all the way out and log back in. ^TK

That sounds very frustrating! Did you happen to receive a ticket number for that request? It should be a 7 digit ticket number if you provide that we'd be happy to see what happened with that ticket. ^AC
