Are your drivers up to date? I would start there. Never hurts to log all the way out, uninstall, disable firewall/antivirus, then reinstall. If that doesn't help with the crashing or you're getting a specific error, screenshot and show me. ^TK

I don't know what you're talking about. This music SLAPS. Did you happen to get the chance to bug report it as of yet or do any basic troubleshooting at this time to see if it's a connection issue to the server? ^TK

Can you try to update your drivers and see if that helps or run as admin? I would also suggest turning off your antivirus/firewall while doing so :) ^TK
