I'm afraid we do not have access to those Microsoft accounts or the emails attached to them. I'm afraid you will need to go through Microsoft support for assistance with those account types. ^AC

Cross-platform play is not possible between Minecraft: Java Edition and the Bedrock versions of the game; iPad users are only able to use Bedrock, while Java Edition can only be played on PC, Mac, and Linux. Let us know if you have any other questions about this! ^FF
