Unfortunately we're unable to see what emails are attached to Microsoft accounts. Ultimately you would need to contact Microsoft for assistance in changing/recovering that account. ^AC
As far as I can see the authentication servers are working. Are you still receiving an error when attempting to log in? Screenshots are particularly helpful in diagnosing errors. ^AC

If you're receiving that error then you're likely not signing into the correct account. Please doublecheck you're using the correct Microsoft account to sign in and try that again. If you're still experiencing that issue let us know and we can look further into this. ^AC

There's a current known issue where worlds don't upload at first. We recommend trying that upload again as it should go through. If it's still failing please check out our bug report so our devs can get a better look at this issue. ^AC

Freezing is very frustrating. We recommend logging completely out and back in again and seeing if that helps. Please be sure to back up and save those worlds to ensure you don't lose that data. ^AC
