If they are private servers we're not able to provide any assistance. The best option here is go through some basic troubleshooting steps: Change Wifi to Hardwire, check firewall antivirus, and make sure drivers are up to date. ^TK

Okay, so I have had Android for several years and it can be so finnicky. I was looking for my Robot Unicorn Attack game and it was no where to be found so to resolve that I had to go to my purchases and redownload it. See if you can find it there! ^TK
