You're gonna have to stick with your support ticket. We're not able to handle requests over Social Media besides basic troubleshooting steps. If the information they are providing is not helping make sure to let them know in the ticket. ^TK
It sounds like you lost access to your entire account. Either way, we other ways to verify you besides your transaction ID so you're still gonna have to reach out to support. ^TK
You should never pull a power cord out of a gaming console or corruption can happen. If possible I would suggest holding down the power button until it beeps and it should shut down. If that's not the case reaching out to Playstation support might be a good option. ^TK
