I'd first need to know what steps you havew already tired! I don't want to offer you the same steps but for one it can be good to change your WiFi to hardwire if you're not already. ^TK
I would start by checking your firewall/antivirus then to see if Minecraft has permissions. If that's not the situation do you have any programs running at the same time in the background? ^TK
