An update was pushed out that affects different platforms at different times. I'm afraid to access realms all devices need to be on the same version please make sure all your editions are updated to the same version and try accessing that realm again ^AC

Your ticket should be routed to an actual agent if the automated help isn't working. Do you happen to have your ticket number? It's a 7 digit ticket number once you've provided that we can look into what's happening with that for you. ^AC

Sign-in to the Microsoft Store with your Microsoft account. Once you’re signed in, instead of a “Buy” button you should see a button that says “Get.” Click this button – and now you own both editions! ^AC
