That would be a great idea to bring over to devs: feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en…! I would be too afraid to walk them over the cliff or they perish to a mob T.T I already have anxiety about losing my doggos. ^TK
Are you the owner of the Realm and if so have you updated your Minecraft to the latest version of the game? ^Tk

If you just purchased the pack, reach out to the platform on which you purchased it for a refund. I can't speak for devs or the bugs you're seeing but you should be able to get a refund if you purchased it. ^TK
