Do you mean another players Realm or a private server made by someone else? We can assist with connection issues to Realms but if it's a private server you may need to reach out to the owner. ^TK

Our queues are a bit backed up at the moment but if you provide the 7 digit ticket number from your request we'd be happy to see what's happening with that ticket. ^AC
Sounds like there's a connection issue on your realm. Are you receiving any error messages when disconnecting? What if any connection troubleshooting have you tried? ^AC
