Updates can take a bit of time to push through! If they don't push through for you and you're not afraid of losing single player worlds, uninstall/reinstall to see if that pushes through. ^TK

If you've already submitted a ticket, then you're already getting all the suppor the team has to provide. In this case, let them know the steps are not working and you require more assistance. ^TK
Not sure why it's doing that! I would suggest clearing your cache/cookies and going back to the website, change the language back and see if it helps. If not, try another browser. ^TK
This bundle is only for the PC version of the game. If you own the WIndows 10 Edition on your PC then you'll be able to get the Java Edition for free. ^Tk
