Worlds are attached to the devices themselves and in no way attached to your account. I'm afraid if your worlds are not showing up we cannot retrieve them. We recommend backing up and saving worlds you can find more information here msft.it/6018b0wE6 ^AC

This issue may be caused by an outdated or incompatible version of the game. Please uninstall the game through your computer's control panel, and then reinstall the new launcher through the Microsoft store. ^AC
