Worlds are attached to the devices themselves and not the account. Please check out how to save and store worlds here msft.it/6015b0Zvc You can also fix this by uploading the world to a realm or server ^AC

We can help without the Transaction ID it's just recommended. We can only help with account issues through our ticket system however so you will need to contact us in that ticket for help with this. ^AC

Worlds are saved to the devices themselves and in no way attached to the account. We recommend reading our managing worlds and Game Storage here msft.it/6012b0ZOA to save your worlds, or to use the Minecraft Realm feature ^AC
