We can still possibly assist without a Transaction ID though do recommend you try and retrieve that code. We are only able to handle account issues through our ticketing support however so you will need to submit that ticket ^AC

I understand how frustrating that is to see however our Devs are working on a fix. I'm afraid all you can do is upvote and add any additional information so our Devs can get a better look ^AC
