Please also make sure that your game is up to date and running the latest version of Minecraft. Also make sure your Minecraft account is attached to a Microsoft account to ensure that marketplace items are showing up and working properly. ^AC

The old launcher is outdated in general as we have created a brand-new Minecraft Launcher for Windows which will allow you to access all your owned Minecraft titles from the same place. You can download the new launcher from the Xbox PC app or the Microsoft Store on the web ^AC
