Transferring the ownership of the realm isn't possible but you can have another player download and copy the world so they can upload it to one of their own realms! You can find information on how to do that here! msft.it/6011bvGhW ^AC

The character creator and such sadly aren't available for offline play. You do need to be online in order to use those features. ^AC

That generally means you're logging into the incorrect MSA account. Please make sure you're logging into the correct Microsoft account you migrated to and see if you're able to log in and collect that bundle! ^AC

You do not need to use the email on the account to create the ticket just an email you have access to. You will need to contact our account agents through a ticket for help with this issue. ^AC
