Are you able to log into the game at all, or is it only servers/realms that you're unable to access? Are you seeing any error messages at all? Feel free to grab a screenshot and block out any personal account info for your privacy! ^FF

All Minecraft worlds and skins are stored locally and are not attached in any way to your account. I'm afraid if you didn't save those locally there's no way to retrieve those worlds back. ^AC
Are you able to screenshot the error you're receiving when trying to connect? Also do you happen to be using the Lunar Client when attempting to connect or are you using the official launcher? ^AC
