There is a known issue where the world doesn't upload immediately Please try your upload/download again and join your Realm; it should load into the world. If this does not resolve the issue, for more information please view the bug reports: msft.it/6012bviVr ^AC

Microsoft support does handle email changes for accounts directly created with Microsoft accounts and you would need to reach out to them for help with changing the email on that account. If it is a migrated account however we can assist through our ticketing support ^AC

It looks like the world may be corrupted. Unfortunately fixing corrupted worlds isn't something we can really do. If possible try loading from a backup and see if that fixes this issue ^AC
