Yea, this sounds very frustrating! Did you reach out to Xbox/Microsoft Support regarding your account? If it's an actual Realms issue my team can assist with that. ^TK
I had to look this up myself and I don't believe there is a way to make structures appear in a super flat world! You could always suggest it to devs though: feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en… ^TK
