As I said before we can help without the Transaction ID. But it is recommended if you can find it. Regardless we cannot help with this issue through social media you will need to submit a ticket for assistance with account related issues. ^AC

Your Transaction ID serves as your proof of purchase it's what you received when you first purchased the game. If you do not have access to that it's fine we can still help but you do need to put in a ticket for help with this. ^AC
