Just checking that your Bedrock version is for the Windows 10 edition. The deal is for PC versions of the game so it is not eligible for Console editions of Bedrock. ^AC
Can you describe more about what's happening when you add a pack to your realm? Screenshots are particularly helpful in diagnosing these types of issues. ^AC
