I'm not seeing a large number of these so I don't know if it's just your Playstation. The first thing we should do is have you contact Playstation to see if they can help troubleshoot. If not, i'll need to send you up to our tech team for troubleshooting as well. ^TK
Have you tried switching over to a hardwire connection to see if that resolves the lag? If you tried that and it still lagged we could rule out that there is a disruption to the server. ^TK
If that's the case, its likely the ticket didn't go through. You have to make sure that you send the ticket with an email that you have access too. ^TK
You need to let them know in a ticket you want to talk to a specialist. Good to know that we're not able to give you the transaction ID as it is a vital part of account recovery. However, we do have other ways to verify ownership of the account if you send the ticket. ^TK
