In order to use a different version of the game the world has to be on the same version as the one you're playing in please double check that the world itself is also on 1.15.2 otherwise you won't be able to connect ^AC

Looks as though its asking you to fill out the form needed to submit that ticket once you've filled that out and submitted that ticket an agent will get back to you as soon as they can to help ^AC
That's no fun. If the ticket you were working on that account is still open they can help you further. If it has closed we do ask you submit another ticket as account issues such as this do need to be sorted through the ticket system with those account recovery agents ^AC
how odd. Could you try submitting that request again through the link I provided? That should allow your ticket to go through and you can grab that ticket number so we can make sure it gets seen for you. ^AV
Sorry for the confusion here. The ticket number should have been created when you first submitted the initial ticket. It would have said request # then had a 7 digit number. Are you able to find that initial request you sent? ^AC
I'm afraid for issues of this nature we do have to handle them in the ticket itself. You will need to wait for the agents to help you with this in that ticket. ^AC
Clicking on the email itself at the top it should say request # and that would have a 7 digit number that is your ticket number. Are you able to see that request number under the original request you sent? ^AC
That's strange that you're unable to see those responses. If you are receiving those emails that means a response was sent. Please try accessing those responses from a different browser to see if those tickets show up then. ^AC
