Java Edition and Bedrock editions of Minecraft are entirely separate versions of the game and do not communicate in any way. Unfortunately, this means that content such as capes, worlds, and purchased Marketplace content does not transfer between the editions. ^FF

Hmm, that doesn't look quite right. Your ticket number should just be 7-digits without any numbers in it (i.e. 4567890). Are you able to locate this information? ^FF
