The only thing we could think of on our end is it got struck by lightning in the overworld and ended up there. You don't have a portal anywhere open as of yet? ^TK
The Transaction ID helps with quicker recoveries, however, we can recover the account by verifying with other info. Please send us an email at msft.it/6015bgANf^TKt-Support and we will assist. Remember to attach your account name / Gamertag. ^TK
