Give me a bit more information! Is it a migrated Microsoft account or the Windows 10 Edition of the game? Any Errors? ^TK

Is this on a Realm by any chance? The only thing I can suggest is uninstalling/reinstalling to see if it's a corrupt file. ^TK

Have you tried uninstalling it as of yet and seeing if a clean reinstall fixes the issue? It's that, or it could be an issue connecting to the server. ^TK

Unfortunately, you're only able to claim Minecraft: Java Edition if you have the Windows 10 Edition purchased on your PC, not your iphone. ^TK
