If you have your transaction ID it helps make the process go faster, BUt if you don't no worries. Supply as much information as possible. ^TK
If you don't have any single player worlds I would go ahead and uninstall/reinstall. Then I would see if you can switch to a hardwire connection on your playstation. ^TK
