Did you already Migrate your Java Edition of to Microsoft? Also, if not I would suggest starting with that. If yes, I would suggest checking your firewall/antivirus. ^TK

Are you still having this issue at this time? If so may be best to try and uninstall the Xbox and then reinstall it to see if that forces the update through. ^TK
If the update isn't coming through on your Xbox may be best to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. If that doesn't work may be best to reach out to Xbox Support: msft.it/6010bjoXI or msft.it/6011bjoXL. ^TK
