Let's try a couple of things:
Press F11 button, make sure you are in windowed mode
Select Realms from main menu
Adjust size of window until you see the invite at the top
Select the invite at the top

I am not able to help you find the ticket number. If you're not seeing it, however, in your email then I would suggest submitting another one but make sure you use an email you have access to when you submit it. ^TK
