Let's start there! Can you make another world and play on it for a bit? If it provides you with the same error we may need to you uninstall the client and then reinstall it.If not, then that may mean your world is corrupted. ^TK

You may need to reach out to Playstation Support in this matter. If it's a single-player the World the only thing I can think of is World Corruption. Is this the only World it happens to? ^TK
