Usually when this happens it means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging in with any other accounts you used for the migration; including the email that was previously on your Mojang account, and emails with non-Microsoft domains (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) ^NS

This particular "something went wrong" error is often related to connection issues. First, try a router or modem power cycle: unplug the power cord attached to your modem, and plug it in again after 30 seconds. (Make sure no one is doing anything important online first!) ^NS
