I do see the agent did try and verify you as the owner and was unable to. I'm sorry I won't be much assistance here as I can not change the outcome. ^TK
Have you happened to have checked your firewall/antivirus? It may be blocking the client from updating and you could also try running as an administrator. ^Tk
