It's likely that the payments have failed and put all of the charges as pending on your account! Are you buying a Java Edition Realm or a Microsoft Windows 10 Realm? ^TK
Do you happen to have a screenshot of the errors you're getting when the client is crashing on you? I may be able to provide some low level troubleshooting to assist you. ^TK
