Have you tried it from a friend's computer? At this time we don't have any issues with logging into the website, I can log in at this time. ^TK

There may be a corrupt file at play or something could be causing issues like antivirus/firewall! Start there by uninstalling and then checking those two to make sure Minecraft has exceptions. ^TK

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.^TK
If it's not opening then I would suggest checking your firewall/antivirus and then uninstalling/reinstalling ^TK
