Sounds like you may have a corrupt file at play if it's not letting you play offline! Let's start by uninstalling, checking your firewall/antivirus for exceptions, and then reinstalling. Let me know if that doesn't work! ^TK

Let's try a couple of different things! First, are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire? Also, check your firewall/antivirus to see if it has given exceptions, and then try re-downloading. ^TK
