Seeing demo mode is usually a sign that you're not using the correct credentials! Check this faq out and it should assist: msft.it/6015bKUqv for help. ^TK
You don't absolutely have to have a transaction Id as we do have other ways to verify you! However, it does help a lot and you would find it in the email with which you signed up. ^TK
In this case, you will need to reach out to PlayStation support as this could just generally mean you're out of storage: msft.it/6012bKUEK If you have packs you're not using, worlds as well remove them to see if that helps. ^TK
